Hello! My journey at Flourish began in 2013 as a Speech-Language Pathologist. From 2014-2019 I served as the Director of Group Services. By 2016 my role changed again as I became Assistant Clinical Director. Finally in 2021, my role officially changed to Owner when I acquired the practice. I love what I do and am honored to own such an amazing facility and to work with such a talented staff.

I achieved a Bachelor of Science in Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences from Ohio University in 2009 and a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Kent State University in 2011. At KSU I received a grant to focus my studies on young children with hearing loss. Upon graduation, I received a Hearing Loss Specialty Certificate. I hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech and Hearing Association, state licensure from the Ohio Board of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, as well as an educational license from the Ohio Department of Education to practice speech pathology in the school setting. My clinical background includes working with clients in schools, home care, long-term care, and clinics.

My therapy approach is a whole child-family approach. I love working closely with kiddos and their parents, and often end up feeling like an extended member of the family. Seeing children grow, thrive, and meet goals keeps me waking up with a smile each day. I understand that “life happens” and try to make therapy work within busy lifestyles by being functional and realistic.

My areas of expertise include complex speech-sound disorders including phonological delays and disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and articulation disorders. I am actively working on bettering my skills with neurodiversity; specfically autistic clients and their families. My career at Flourish allows me to do what I love; help children and families to reach their communication potentials!
