Hope Anew Holistic Coaching and Flourish Integrated Therapy Introduce:

Sensory at Serenity: Sensory Regulation with the Help of Horses (ages 8-11 years)

This unique 4-week group combines Occupational Therapy and Equine Assisted Learning to create a fun sensory experience at Serenity Stables in Galena, Ohio. This group will focus on self regulation and sensory strategies while engaging one on one with horses. Each session will include experiential learning while remaining on the ground and interacting with the horses. Sessions will teach self-regulation skills, calming and coping techniques, body awareness, and be enriched with sensory exploration such as grooming, feeding, and leading horses. Working with the horses is a great way to learn sensory regulation strategies, build confidence, improve self awareness and have a great time. Caregivers are to remain onsite for the series. This group is designed and led by an Occupational Therapist from Flourish Therapy and Life Coach/Equine Professional from Hope Anew. Spots are limited!

Offered Saturdays (9/14, 9/21, 10/5, 10/12) in two sessions. Session 1 is from 9:00-10:30. Session 2 is from 11:00-12:30
