We offer a variety of effective, functional and fun group programs through our integrated team.  Our groups are uniquely designed and held by licensed and certified professionals in the area of Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Art Therapy, Feeding, and Music.

We offer Group Programming for children of all abilities, focusing on skill development through play and fun.  Our skilled professionals have designed groups that assist with social, speech, language, feeding, gross and fine motor, and sensory development in an engaging group setting.

MONDAY

Club Social Celebration: Little Boppers Edition – Ages: 2.5-3.11

This group was created for young children who are receiving early intervention services. Taught by a team of Speech-Language Pathologists and/or Occupational Therapists, our instructors work with families who want to help their child increase receptive/expressive language, articulation, and/or social language skills. Each week is theme-based to bolster vocabulary through song, books, crafts, and sensory/movement activities. This class will run for 8-weeks. Instructors: Joselyn and Holly

10:00-11:00am – Starts January 15

Club Social Celebration: Junior Classic Edition – Ages 5-7  **This 2nd group was added by popular demand**

This group is designed to increase social-language skills in young children. Many children demonstrate difficulties playing with others, continuing conversations, and being a productive listener in a group setting. CSC Junior is a weekly 8-week group that focuses on these skills via interactive games, structured activities, and team building tasks. A Speech-Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist co-lead this group. Join us for a fun filled, positive social learning experience! Instructors: Allison and Beth

4:45-5:45pm – Starts January 15

Cost: $300

 

Art, Fun & Feelings Ages 7-9

This 8-week group will focus on increasing emotional intelligence and healthy personal expression. Whether your child would rather avoid emotional expression or is prone to explosive blow-ups, this group will offer a safe environment to explore and express emotions through enriching art activities, books, and games. Instructors: Melissa A and Kayla

5:30-6:30pm – Starts January 15

TUESDAY

Club Social Celebration: Classic Edition: I –Ages 8-10

Does your child struggle with social skills, sportsmanship during games, or teamwork activities with peers? This 8-week group is designed to increase social language skills through interactive activities, board game playing, and structured team-building tasks. The ability to work well with others is a life skill and our skilled therapists help children develop this in fun and motivating ways. Other targets include listening skills, question asking/answering, leadership and friendship building. Taught and designed by a Speech-Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist. Club Social Celebration: Classic Edition: II –Ages 11-14

Our most popular social skills group! This weekly 8-week group focuses on age-appropriate social skills, group collaboration and participation, listening skills, question asking/answering, leadership and friendship building. This group will target higher-level executive function skills, perspective taking, and the “hidden rules” of language. Participants of this group help to design group activities based on what is important to them in their daily lives. Instructors: Jacqueline and Lauren

WEDNESDAY

Club Social Celebration: Travel EditionAges: 8-14

Come make memories with us! This group will be going out into the community to develop meaningful friendships and purposeful social skills. Each week, Group will meet at chosen destinations in Franklin and/or Delaware counties. Activities may include painting pottery, eating at a restaurant, and/or visiting a wildlife center. Led by a Speech-Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist. Instructors: Joselyn and Holly

MONTHLY: January, February, March, April (Agenda posted online and will be emailed to participants)

6:00-7:30pm – Resumes January 2018
